Send money online

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Choose “Send & Request.”
3. Enter your recipient’s name, PayPal username, email, or mobile number. Choose “Next.”
4. Enter the amount, choose the currency, and add a note if you’d like. Select “Continue.”
5. Choose whether you’re “Paying for an item or Service” or “Sending to a friend.”
6. Select how you want to pay and choose “Next.”
7. Review the information and select “Send Payment Now.”

2. Choose “Payments” and then “Pay.” Or, select the “Send” button.
3. Enter your recipient’s name, PayPal username, email, or mobile number. Choose “Next.”
4. Enter the amount, choose the currency, and add a note if you wish. Select “Next.”
5. Select “Friends and Family” or “Goods and Services.” Choose “Next.”
6. Review the details and select “Send.”

4. Enter the amount you want to gift.
5. Select “Change” next to “paying for an item or service.”
6. Choose the present icon. Select a card theme and add a personal note.
7. Select “Next.” Then choose “Continue” to confirm your transaction.

It’s free to send money domestically using your PayPal balance or bank account. Money sent from a credit or debit card will incur a 2.9% transaction fee plus a $0.30 flat fee.
